After nearly 20 years in business, Oberweis Ice Cream in Oak Park will be closing its doors for good.
Oberweis owner, Joe Oberweis, stated that the rising costs of labor played a major factor in his decision to close and he could no longer sustain passing that cost on to his patrons.
