Olabi is worried about Flagstaff’s new minimum-wage law, which will raise the city’s minimum wage to $12 in July and increases it every year until it reaches $15 an hour by January 2021.“I think, overall, it hurts the economy,” said Olabi, a doctor who opened the store as a side business. “It makes it harder for us to stay in business.”
