After 15 years in business, the highly regarded South Indian restaurant, Dosa, will be closing the doors at its original location for the last time. Co-owner, Anjan Mitra, cites rising minimum wages and mounting San Francisco employer mandates, which have raised labor costs to all-time highs, as the primary factors in their decision.
