California’s rising minimum wage without a tip credit policy for servers has forced Cafe Chloe out of business.
After nearly 14 years in operation, Cafe Chloe’s owner’s Jon Clute and Alison McGrath, decided that raising prices yet again to cope with rising minimum wage was no longer doable and shut their doors in early July.
