Owner Rick Hargrove knew his company would have to make a drastic change when Flagstaff raised its minimum wage to $15 per hour. Higher labor costs and an already-thin profit margin put him in a difficult position.
Within four months, Hargrove closed his Flagstaff facilities that served over 1,000 people, and relocated to Phoenix.
